Our client is a lean, high-trust paid media agency that manages Google Ads across a portfolio of home improvement contractor accounts. They're hiring a Google Ads Specialist to build, launch, optimize, and QA campaigns with precision — turning founder-led strategy into flawless execution.
The team is small and founder-led: strategy is owned at the top, and execution quality is everything. At this spend level, every campaign build matters, and the work is treated with the rigor that high-stakes accounts demand. This is an execution role, not a strategy role.
Day to day, you'll own end-to-end campaign setup across assigned accounts — targeting, geos, budgets, bids, ad copy, and extensions — while implementing and QA-ing conversion tracking across Google Ads...
