Remote Genesys Cloud Engineer — Contact Center Solutions

UST is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to develop and maintain customer experience flows in a 100% remote capacity from Spain. You will build integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs and optimize performance of the contact center platform.

The ideal candidate has 3-7+ years of experience in contact-center development and at least 2 years with Genesys Cloud. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and participation in on-call duties.
