Remote Genesys Cloud Engineer - Contact Center Automation

Ust is seeking a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to develop and maintain customer experience flows for a banking client. The role is 100% remote in Spain and requires expertise in Genesys Cloud, alongside experience with Jira and Confluence.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years in contact-center development, a strong command of English, and will also support the continuous improvement of the contact center platform. This position involves occasional on-call duties.
