Remote General Recruiter for DTC Brand Talent

Ecom Operators is seeking a Full-Time General Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process remotely. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in talent acquisition and strong relationship-building skills.

You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while creatively attracting candidates for diverse roles across our DTC brands. A Bachelor's degree in HR or Business is preferred, or equivalent experience in the field.
