Remote Frontline Support Engineer – MES Specialist

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a fully remote Front Line Support Engineer. The role involves providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting customer issues while maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base.

To qualify, candidates should have at least 4 years of technical support experience, preferably with MES software, and excellent communication skills. Some travel may be required for customer onsite visits or training.
