Remote Frontline Support Engineer — MES Expert

Connected Manufacturing™ is seeking a fully remote Front Line Support Engineer to provide exceptional technical support and troubleshoot customer issues. This role requires at least 4 years of experience, preferably with MES software, and excellent communication skills.

You will be part of a customer-focused team that values quality support, with responsibilities including maintaining a knowledge base and ensuring effective resolutions. Some travel may be required for onsite visits or training.
