Remote Front End Collections Specialist (Home-Based)

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Front End Collections TM Specialist to support a U.S.-based roofing partner by managing customer deposits and ensuring accurate collections. You will review customer files and documentation to facilitate timely workflows, promoting excellent customer service.
