Remote-First Chief of Staff & Strategy Architect

Tinybird is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and founding team. This position focuses on tackling critical high-leverage opportunities and challenges within the company. You will lead cross-functional projects, drive strategic initiatives, and increase the effectiveness of the leadership team.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of experience, a strong problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills. The role is remote-first, but candidates based in Madrid or willing to relocate are preferred.
