Remote Finance & Proposals Operations Lead

Bionic Talent is looking for an Operations Executive to drive the daily operations and support financial processes. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years in operations, excellent organizational skills, and experience in the finance or consulting sectors.

This fully remote role involves managing client databases, proposal writing, oversight of invoicing, and conducting research to identify funding resources. A Bachelor's degree in Business is required, and proficiency in HubSpot CRM is a must.
