Drive safety initiatives as a Regional Environmental Health and Safety Specialist with Trane Technologies. This remote role involves collaborating in-office Monday through Thursday and flexible working on Fridays.
As a crucial member of Trane Technologies, you’ll promote the regional environmental safety program. You will conduct inspections, assist in safety training, and implement safety policies under the guidance of the Regional EHS Leader. Your expertise will ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulations, enhancing health and safety standards for all employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety process coordination in services and sales offices
• Conduct risk assessments and jobsite inspections regularly
• Maintain compliance records for safety and occupational health
• Analyze safety data to foster continuous improvement
• Instruct new-hire safety training for all regional staff
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in safety-related field preferred
