In this critical role, you will manage a wide array of existing accounts, utilizing your 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, particularly within the B2B SaaS landscape. This is a high-velocity position, requiring organization and a proactive approach to renewals and growth opportunities across all accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and nurture a book of 100 enterprise accounts
• Accelerate customer adoption and engagement with products
• Capture renewals early with accurate forecasts
• Seek upsell and cross-sell opportunities proactively
• Partner with AEs for larger deal management
