Remote Email & Chat Sales Support Specialist

TalentPop App is seeking a proactive Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat (Remote) to support customers through written communication and drive revenue through upselling and retention. This role requires excellent written English, SaaS/e-commerce familiarity, and experience with CRM and helpdesk tools.

You will handle inquiries via email and live chat, resolve product and order issues, and contribute to monthly expansion and retention targets while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
