Remote-Eligible HR Specialist: Onboarding, Payroll & Benefits

Insight Manila is seeking an HR Specialist to serve as a key contact for U.S. operations, handling policy, benefits, payroll inquiries, onboarding and offboarding, reporting, and training. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and customer service excellence within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in HR-related roles, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with HRIS platforms and document controls is a plus.
