Remote Ecommerce Sales & Support VA

TalentPop App is hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our remote team. You’ll handle real-time support via live chat, email, SMS and phone, recommend products, and drive customer satisfaction for our ecommerce brands.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, strong English communication, and is comfortable using Shopify, Gorgias or Zendesk.
