Remote DTC Operations Lead – Shopify & CX

Hadley Designs is seeking a Manager of Direct-to-Consumer Operations to own the end-to-end Shopify store experience. You will ensure customers clearly understand what they buy and when they receive it, while removing inconsistencies in messaging and promotions.

You will lead customer service, order fulfillment, and store integrity, build SOPs, and drive automation using Shopify Flow and related tools in a remote-first, fast-growth environment.
