Ritual is building a sovereign, execution layer for AI with a private testnet already live. We design distributed systems components for a heterogeneous compute network and optimize P2P protocols for AI model execution and blockchain consensus.

You will build infrastructure for monitoring, observability, and state synchronization across specialized nodes, collaborating with researchers to implement novel algorithms and robust testing frameworks.
