Remote Developer Support Engineer – Identity Platform

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Customer Identity Cloud Developer Support Engineer to provide technical assistance primarily to developers. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues while collaborating with peers, engineers, and external partners. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of relevant experience, is proficient in Javascript and another language such as C# or Java, and demonstrates excellent communication skills.
