Remote Desktop Support Specialist - Troubleshooting & Setup

HCL Technologies Philippines Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a Remote Desktop Support professional to provide technical assistance to end-users, troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and network issues, and ensure minimal downtime.

You will configure and maintain desktop systems, guide users remotely, log and escalate tickets, and uphold security policies. A 24/7 shift aligned with AEST may be required, based at Greenhills, San Juan.
