Remote Data Scientist - Flight Delay & Event Forecasting

Assaia is seeking a Data Scientist for the Event Time Advancements team to own end-to-end flight event time and delay forecasting. You will build datasets, engineer features from evolving event histories, train and evaluate models, and keep them reliable in live systems with backend engineers.

This role emphasizes temporal modelling and sequential reasoning, designing validation and data-trust controls, and delivering repeatable workflows for deployment and monitoring in production.
