About the role
As a Research Associate - Data, you are on the front lines of what we call the cleanup phase. When a company reach the awkward middle, their ERP, CRM, and accounting software often stop talking to each other. You will be the person who looks into these systems to find the root cause of the friction. You will not just be pointing out problems;
you will be helping us rebuild the paths that data travels so that teams can trust their reports again. This is an entry-level position where you will learn how businesses actually run from the inside out by fixing the systems that power them.
