Remote Customer Support Specialist (Entry‑Level)

Sofvio is seeking hundreds of Customer Service Representatives to help elevate BPO services. This is a remote role available for residents of multiple Latin American countries, including Chile. The primary responsibility involves call servicing, both inbound and outbound, supported by additional activities as needed.

Compensation is competitive, ranging from USD 3 to 5 per hour, with holiday pay up to 2 times the pay rate. Ideal candidates should have beginner-level skills in customer care and technical support.
