Remote Customer Service & Logistics Specialist

Ups in Colombia is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage client requests concerning collections, quotes, shipments, and deliveries. This position requires handling export and import processes and addressing billing clarifications, all while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

The role is fully telework (100%) with availability required from Monday to Friday during rotating shifts. Candidates must have previous customer service experience and conversational English skills.
