Remote Customer & Sales Engagement Specialist

TalentPop App is seeking a Customer and Sales Engagement Specialist to engage shoppers, upsell, recover lost revenue, and nurture lasting relationships in a remote setting. You’ll communicate via phone, email, live chat, and SMS to assist with inquiries and orders, while aligning with brand standards and delivering a concierge-level customer experience.

Prior ecommerce and at least 1 year of remote sales are preferred.
