Remote Construction Admin and Systems Architect

Luxe Homes LLC is seeking a Remote Construction Administrator to organize project information, invoices, subcontractor documents, emails, and day-to-day administrative tasks from a remote location.

This role will work directly with the owner to build systems, improve processes, and help create a scalable operational foundation for a growing luxury homebuilding company. Strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and familiarity with construction software are essential.
