Remote Claims Specialist - Proptech & Workflow Automation

Cosign is seeking a detail-oriented claims specialist to manage end-to-end claims submitted by property managers. This remote role requires availability during Eastern Time and Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.

You will review, validate, approve, and deny claims with accuracy and fairness, and partner with AI/product teams to automate workflows. Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in claims processing, strong financial document literacy, and excellent English communication.
