Remote Blockchain & Backend Tech Support Engineer (Tier 3)

Binance is seeking a Tier 3 Technical Support Engineer to resolve complex issues and collaborate with backend teams. The role emphasizes expert-level troubleshooting, automation, and 24/7 platform stability across global systems.

You will work with Java/Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and blockchain-related technologies, while building monitoring dashboards and contributing to internal knowledge bases. A CS or related degree and 2–10 years of experience are required, with English and Mandarin
