Remote Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Support

TalentPop App is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to support customers in Spanish and English via voice and chat. You will handle inbound calls, chat, and email with a calm, solution-focused approach, ensuring clear communication and quick resolutions.

You'll work remotely, collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback to improve service quality. Prior remote customer service experience is preferred.
