Remote Bilingual Sales Coach (FR/Dutch)

WorkNomads is seeking a Sales Coach to elevate performance across our remote sales teams. You will analyze call recordings, KPIs, and coaching opportunities to boost individual and group outcomes.

You’ll run one-on-one coaching, group trainings, role-plays, and real-time support, while developing materials, briefs, and scripts to drive revenue and product knowledge in a globally distributed, remote-first environment.
