Remote BDR - High-Volume Tech Prospecting

Bluelightconsulting in Lima, Peru, is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help expand their client base through strong outbound sales efforts. Responsibilities include executing high-volume prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, as well as managing outreach through HubSpot.

The ideal candidate will have proven B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting KPIs. This position offers flexible working hours and the option to work remotely.
