Remote BDR - High-Volume Prospecting & Growth

Bluelight is seeking a highly driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to expand our client base through high‑volume outbound prospecting. You will engage U.S.-based decision‑makers, book qualified discovery calls, and drive outbound messaging across email, phone, LinkedIn, and more, while maintaining a customer‑centric, performance‑driven mindset.

You’ll use HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, and Instantly to target prospects, log activities, and optimize sequences.
