Remote Associate Business Process Consultant

Crossfuze seeks a skilled Associate Business Process Consultant. Engage with clients, gather requirements, and enhance business processes using ServiceNow remotely from Canada.
This fully remote position allows you to collaborate closely with clients and project teams. You'll utilize your strong stakeholder engagement skills to lead workshops, facilitate testing, and develop training materials on the ServiceNow platform. As a key liaison between customers and technical teams, you will drive improvements and ensure quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and analyze current business processes with stakeholders
• Guide clients in leveraging ServiceNow functionalities
• Support functional testing and user acceptance efforts
