Remote Application Support Specialist — Weekend CST Shifts

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Control-M for job scheduling and log analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with FileZilla, WinSCP, and Putty for file management.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and task management.
• Basic SQL knowledge, including select queries and subqueries.
• Familiarity with DataStage for monitoring and troubleshooting data pipelines.

Work Flexibility

• Should work on Saturdays and Sundays and adapt to rotational shifts as required covering CST hours.
