Remote APAC HR Lifecycle & Employee Relations Lead

Remote is seeking a Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist, Employee Relations & Transitions for APAC. This role independently manages all employee exits for external staff with a focus on legal compliance, quality and delivering excellent service to clients and employees.

You will lead complex terminations, provide HR guidance across jurisdictions, coordinate with payroll, legal and operations, and drive process improvements.
