Remote Airbnb Guest Experience Specialist

Home Pick is seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage guest communication and bookings for our short-term rental properties, ensuring a high-quality guest experience.

You will interact with guests across email, chat, and phone, coordinate check-ins and check-outs with cleaning teams, monitor reviews, and provide regular reports to management to improve property performance. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong English and 2–3 years in hospitality.
