Remote AI/ML Engineering Lead — Senior Team Leader

Caylent is looking for a Senior ML Team Leader to manage a remote team of engineers and architects. In this position, you will oversee hiring processes, develop team members, and ensure high performance while reporting to the Director of AI/ML.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in AWS and machine learning, as well as strong leadership abilities. This is a fully remote role open to candidates in Argentina and across Latin America.
