Remote AI/ML Engineering Lead — Senior Team Leader

Caylent is looking for a Senior ML Team Leader to oversee a team of engineers in a fully remote environment. You will manage hiring processes, develop team members, and ensure high performance while reporting directly to the Director of AI/ML.
