Remote AI Leadership & Management Educator

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Management & Leadership Instructor to help shape AI understanding of organizational behavior and team dynamics. This fully remote, flexible contract role offers 10–40 hours per week and independent, asynchronous work on task-based assignments.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years teaching management at the postsecondary level and a strong grounding in organizational behavior and leadership theory.
