Remote AI Coding Engineer: Shape Next-Gen AI for Code

Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers in León for a fully remote, hourly contract role. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback to help AI coding assistants become smarter and more reliable.

Expect independent, async work with 10–40 hours per week. Applicants should be proficient in multiple languages (Python, JavaScript, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript) and have a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
