Remote AI Code Trainer & Evaluator

Alignerr is seeking software engineers for a fully remote contract role to help shape AI-generated code. You will build, evaluate, and improve AI outputs, write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

This is hands-on engineering work with a flexible schedule (10–40 hours/week). You’ll work asynchronously, explaining your reasoning and ensuring high-quality code across languages, frameworks, and domains.
