Remote Activation Manager — End-to-End Events Ops

PEARL is hiring an Account Manager to own activation workflows end-to-end and keep partner interactions polished. The role is fully remote, with EST-aligned hours (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

You will build activation decks, manage pricing proposals, and ensure CRM hygiene across a high-volume activation pipeline. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations or events with HubSpot experience, proficiency in Figma, and strong English communication for client-facing calls.
