Remote Activation & CRM Manager — HubSpot Pro

PEARL is seeking an Account Manager to own activation workflows end-to-end and ensure polished partner interactions. You will build activation decks, manage pricing proposals, and maintain CRM hygiene across a high-volume activation pipeline.

The role requires EST-aligned hours, remote work from LATAM or the Philippines, and strong HubSpot usage. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations or events, hands-on HubSpot experience, and proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, and data trackers.
