Remote Accounting Training Leader - Elevate & Coach Teams

UpCounting is a fully remote accounting training-focused firm serving eCommerce and digital-first businesses. We are looking for an Accounting Training Manager to elevate how our team works and our tech stack, with a focus on quality, training, and scalable processes.

You will lead reviews, develop training materials, and coach managers to raise the team's technical bar as we take on larger, more complex clients.
