Remote Account Manager — Client Success & Growth

ACLED is seeking an Account Manager to support the Revenue team in a fully remote capacity. You will manage post‑sales relationships with private and public sector clients, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and upselling across data services.

You will coordinate with Data, Analysis, Licensing, and Operations Finance to meet client needs while maintaining CRM records and delivering client success across global locations.
