Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering prompt and professional responses.
- Assist customers with product-related questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting.
- Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Strive to ensure customer satisfaction by providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2 level) with strong English communication skills (B2 level or higher).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- No previous experience required – entry-level applicants are encouraged.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon.
