Relocation Representative

SLB offers career continuity and inclusive recruitment during employee relocations. The Relocation Representative is responsible for providing care and support to employees and their families throughout transfer processes, including pre‑move, arrival, settling in, and eventual transfer out. The role designs, executes, evaluates and updates relocation programs within the geographic area of responsibility, coordinating vendors, cost control, and legal compliance.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with employee and family upon confirmation of relocation and initiate the relocation process.
• Define personalized welcome package and arrival services.
• Explain the visa and immigration process.
• Respond to e‑mail, phone calls, and AskHR queries relating to relocation and mobility benefits.
• Support employee with relocation and mobility benefit expense claims.
• Support spouses with career and language assistance.
