Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned caseload of international relocations from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assignees, providing guidance, managing expectations, and maintaining regular communication throughout the relocation process.
• Coordinate international relocation services with approved global partners, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards and client requirements.
• Manage household goods shipments, including import/export moves, customs documentation, transit insurance, and end-to-end shipment coordination.
• Oversee destination services such as home search, school search, settling‑in support, and departure services through local service providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, assignees, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
