Job Description

Under the general direction of the Surveillance Manager or designate, this position is responsible for daily on-going monitoring and observation of Casino operations, while ensuring the security and integrity of Casino assets, staff and guests. The Relief Surveillance Shift Manager will ensure adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivate and lead by example and support Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

Key Accountabilities

• Supervising, managing and delegating Surveillance Operators daily tasks, duties and maintain awareness of all gaming operations at all times
