As a Relief Chef, your culinary expertise will shine while managing meal prep and staff supervision during the Chef's absence. This role requires Red Seal Certification and at least 5 years of relevant cooking experience in a quality environment. You'll maintain food standards, control costs, and adapt menus based on dietary requests and inventory challenges.
