Take charge of culinary operations at Dexterra Group's remote camp in the High Level Region. As a Relief Chef, you will oversee kitchen duties, manage menu planning, and ensure adherence to food safety protocols.
This position involves a 28 days on and 14 days off schedule with 12-hour shifts. In your role, you will be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, training them in best practices, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Your expertise in food preparation, design, and presentation will shine as you create high-quality menus for clients and staff.
