:Reporting to the Maintenance Planning & Reliability General Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving asset reliability and performance across fixed plant assets. You will provide technical and reliability expertise for fixed plant assets, including crushers, grinding circuits, conveyors, screens, pumps, chutes, thickeners and associated systems. This role supports safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the processing plant through engineering support, defect elimination, maintenance strategy development, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with industry best practices, while consistently promoting Agnico Eagle’s values, Health & Safety Code of Conduct, and environmental stewardship.
This role requires strong engineering judgment, structured problem-solving, and effective cross-functional collaboration to deliver sustainable reliability improvements and support world-class mining operations.
